LOCKED IN CHOCOLATE PROTEIN PANCAKES

Start your day with these fluffy, nutrient-dense pancakes, featuring Locked In Performance Chocolate Milkshake whey protein. Using only organic and grass-fed ingredients, these pancakes are topped with fresh strawberries for a delightful burst of sweetness. Ingredients:

  • 50g organic oats (100g if bulking)
  • 1 organic pasture raised egg
  • 200-250g organic egg whites
  • 1 scoop Locked In Performance (Chocolate Milkshake flavor) whey protein
  • ½ organic banana (or 2 tbsp organic pumpkin puree)
  • 1 oz filtered water
  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp grass-fed butter (for the pan)
  • ½ cup fresh organic strawberries (for topping)
  • (Optional) Organic blueberries or chocolate chips


Instructions:

1. Prepare the Oats

  • Add 50g organic oats to a blender (use 100g for a bulking version).
  • Blend for 4-6 seconds until finely ground.
  • Pour the blended oats into a bowl and set aside for later.

2. Blend the Pancake Batter

  • In the same blender, combine:
    • 1 organic egg
    • 200-250g organic egg whites
    • 1 oz filtered water
    • The blended oats
    • 1 scoop of Locked In Performance Chocolate Milkshake Whey Protein
    • ½ organic banana (or a dollop of organic pumpkin puree)
    • Dash of organic vanilla extract
  • Blend everything for 3-5 seconds until smooth.

3. Cook the Pancakes

  • Heat a nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat.
  • Add 2 tbsp grass-fed butter to coat the pan.
  • Pour small amounts of batter to create mini pancakes or larger ones, based on preference.
